GLOBAL REFUND POLICY

If the participant is unable to make it on the event and needs to cancel, Prestige Events will not issue refunds unless you, the participant, find a replacement to fill your spot on the event you're withdrawing from.

Only at that point will a refund will be issued.

If the organizer cancels the event, and it is at capacity, it is the responsibility of the organizer to reschedule the event to another date. If the new date does not work for the participant, a refund will be issued to those who cancel due to a scheduling conflict.

If the organizer cancels the event, and it is not at capacity, it is the responsibility of the organizer to issue refunds, where applicable.

Refunds are given at the discretion of the organizer. Refunds will not be processed within 14 days of the event.
